Juice Of One Each: Lemon, Lime And Orange
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Handful Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
4 Tablespoons Midtown Olive Oil Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
4 Tablespoons Midtown Olive Oil Ultra Premium EVOO
1/2 Pound Shrimp, Peeled
Put all ingredients in an airtight container and shake until well mixed. Marinate for one hour at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Skewer and grill or sauté and serve as an appetizer.
